Participants in the Loaned Executive program (1st Session - June
21st through September 10th; 2nd Session - August 23rd through November
12th) develop professionally and personally. The United Way Loaned
Executive experience expands and intensifies:
• public speaking and marketing skills
• organizational /managerial skills
• the vision and purpose of community involvement
• visibility as a goodwill ambassador
• knowledge of the New Orleans business community
We also offer training! United Way Loaned Executive training emphasizes
the following:
• sales, marketing and public relations
• motivational techniques
• presentation skills
• leadership skills
• time management
• listening skills
• negotiation techniques
